This song was sung by hundreds of protesters (maybe a thousand?) running in circles around Democracy Monument in Bangkok on July 26, 2020. This is originally a Japanese song that already had a Thai version. The original song seems to be about a little anime Hamster. Very few words were changed from the original Thai version to make this spoof (so don’t expect it to make a lot of sense). You can see video from the protest below.

*”Trundle” is a very rare word in English, which means to move along heavily with difficulty. However, it works perfectly for a hamster, which is an animal that seems to “trundle” along.
